Return completed
- After the returned product arrives at our company, we will inspect it, and if we accept the return, we will notify you by e-mail that the return has been completed. Please refer to the following for the time and flow required for refund procedures, as they differ depending on the payment method.

- For Paidy:
Once we have processed your refund, we will normally process your refund within 1-3 business days. The refund amount will be reflected in your Paidy account. If there are unpaid transactions in your Paidy account, the refund amount will be deducted from the invoice.
- For Paypal:
Refunds will be credited to the funding source used at the time of payment.
If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be credited to the card used. Depending on your card issuer, it may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your card.
If you paid from your PayPal balance, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account within 24 hours.
If you paid by credit card and PayPal balance, the amount paid by credit card will be refunded to your card. The remaining amount will be refunded to your PayPal balance.
If you paid by direct debit from your bank account, the refund will be made to that bank account. If we are unable to refund to your bank account, it will be refunded to your PayPal balance.
